These policies may be updated from time to time as CardFlow SG grows. Please check this page for the latest version; continued use of CardFlow SG after changes means you accept the updated version.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using CardFlow SG (cardflowsg.org and app.cardflowsg.org), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Data Protection. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CardFlow SG. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian’s permission, and they are responsible for trades you make.

3. Your account

Keep your login details secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person should not run multiple accounts to mislead others. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Roles: Buyer, Seller and Organiser

• Buyers browse shows, booths and listings, and keep wishlists.
• Sellers (self-serve signup) list cards and manage booths, and are responsible for their listings and dealings.
• Organisers (invite-only) manage events and booth information, and must keep event details accurate.

5. Listings and marketplace conduct

Listings must be honest: accurate card names, sets, conditions, grading, prices and photos you have the right to use. We may edit, hide or remove listings that breach these Terms or appear misleading.

6. Authenticity and counterfeits

Counterfeit, proxy or misrepresented cards are strictly prohibited. CardFlow SG does not inspect, authenticate or guarantee any card. Buyers should check items before paying, and sellers are solely responsible for what they sell.

7. Payments between users

CardFlow SG is a platform that helps people find each other. Except for our own paid features, we are not a party to trades between users and do not hold or process payments for them. Payments (e.g. PayNow or cash at shows) are arranged directly between buyer and seller, and any dispute is between them — though you can report misconduct to us.

8. Optional paid seller features

Sellers may subscribe to optional paid features (such as Seller Pro). Fees are shown in the app at purchase time and are currently billed manually via PayNow. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in the app, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change features or fees with reasonable notice in the app.

9. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, scams, chargeback abuse or non-delivery
• Harassment, hate speech or threats
• Illegal, stolen or counterfeit items
• Spam, scraping, or interfering with the service or its security
• Impersonating others, including CardFlow SG or organisers

10. Intellectual property and trademarks

The CardFlow SG name, logo and site design belong to CardFlow SG. Pokémon, One Piece and all other game names, card images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. CardFlow SG is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by them. You keep ownership of content you post but grant us a licence to display it to operate the service.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts, or remove content, that breach these Terms or put the community at risk. You may stop using CardFlow SG and request account deletion at any time.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

CardFlow SG is provided “as is”. Event, booth and price information may be supplied by users and may be incomplete or out of date. To the extent permitted by law, CardFlow SG is not liable for losses arising from trades between users, user content, or service interruptions, and our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
